Are you ready to share your simulation education content with the ASPiH community? Whether you're an individual educator or an admin, Beaker Health has made it simple to get your modules live on the ASPiH portal. Here's everything you need to know about uploading your content and tracking its impact.
Step 1: Access Your Educator Profile
Once you're logged into the ASPiH portal, click on the user icon at the top right corner of the screen and select "Educator" from the dropdown menu. This will take you to your Educator Dashboard, where you can:
- Create and manage modules
- Monitor usage metrics and learner engagement
- Update your profile and content settings
Step 2: Upload Your Content
From the Educator view, you can directly upload your simulation modules and videos. Need help? We’ve got you covered.

Alternative Option: Send Us Your Content
Don’t have time to upload your content yourself? You can send your recorded videos directly to the Beaker Health team via WeTransfer:

Once we receive your content, our team will upload it to the portal on your behalf.
Important Note:
When we upload content for you, the module will appear under ASPiH Admin rather than your personal account. This means you won’t be able to track views or engagement metrics for that module.
Best Practice Recommendations
- ASPiH Admins: You're welcome to send content to us via WeTransfer. It’s fast and efficient for managing larger amounts of content.
- Individual ASPiH Members: We strongly recommend uploading through your own educator profile so you can fully access analytics and monitor the impact of your content.
